Read more about our To know more about ExxonMobil in India, visit ExxonMobil India and the Follow us on , and What role you will play in our team We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Systems Completion Engineer with 3-10 years of experience to join our industry leading Systems Completion team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing and coordinating various systems completion activities to ensure project objectives are achieved safely, to the required quality standards, on time and within budget. The role may be project assigned or part of a Central Project Management functional organization supporting multiple projects in various phases. The role requires the ability to work across global teams, identify and drive problem resolution, interface with multiple project disciplines, and communicate clearly to site teams, management, and contractor organizations. What will you do Key Responsibilities: - Drive project performance by collaborating effectively with multi-disciplinary teams - Work with project management team, engineering disciplines and other project stakeholders to define project scope, plans and schedule - Monitor progress and provide status updates to support project management decisions - Develop/review Systems Completion project deliverables (e.g. Commissioning & startup plans, estimates, procedures) - Coordinate internal/external interfaces to ensure alignment - Demonstrate SSHE leadership behaviors, actively participate in SSHE programs - Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations and project requirements - Implement lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement processes - Steward contractor performance and take appropriate corrective actions when necessary About you Skills & Qualifications: Technical Skills: - 3 - 10 years of prior major project experience in Systems Completion, Comissioning, & Startup - Bachelor's degree in engineering from a recognized university with CGPA 6.5 and above - Strong understanding of projects, project management and systems completion - Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements - Ability to understand complex technical documents, drawings, etc. - Strong problem-solving skills to address project challenges. Solution oriented - Sound business judgement Behavioral Skills all candidates are expected to have: - Strong leadership, influencing, and interpersonal skills - Proactive self-starter with initiative, ownership mindset, drive, and resilience - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills - Able to succinctly articulate technical issues to a non-technical audience - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Geographically mobile: willing to travel to project sites when neededand relocate globally Preferred Qualifications/ Experience - Prior experience in any of the following project management roles: Systems Completion Engineer/Manager, Commissioning Engineer/Manager, Project Engineer/Manager - Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, MBA) - Familiar with Hexagon and other SCDB tools - Familiar with Primavera P6, Power Bi - Experience in providing the systems completion input during FEED and bidding phase - Experience in Managing the EPC contractors during project phases - In Monitoring EPC contractor progress, Quality and handover packages - Familiarity with interface management between EPC and Operations - Knowledge in identifying the risks, gaps and optimization opportunities during FEED and project Your benefits An ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
