We are inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant _ Oracle Recruitment Cloud Techno functional

Responsibilities
. Lead technical development and support activities for Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)

. Design, build, and maintain HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas (Eligibility, Validation, and Approvals), and Transformation Formulas

. Develop and maintain custom reports and analytics using OTBI and BI Publisher

. Configure and deploy changes using Page Composer, Application Composer, and HCM Design Studio

. Create and load data using HDL and HSDL templates for candidates, jobs, offers, and related objects

. Develop and manage custom workflows, alerts, and notifications for recruiting processes

. Support approval configurations for requisitions, job offers, and other recruitment transactions

. Collaborate with functional teams for requirement gathering, testing, and solution validation

. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide day-to-day operational support

. Contribute to enhancements aligned with Oracle Redwood design principles (nice to have)

Qualifications we seek in you
BE/MBA/M.Tech/MCA
Preferred Skills:
. Oracle HCM Cloud - Recruiting (ORC)

. HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and Transformation Formula

. HDL/HSDL templates for mass data load

. BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI report development

. Design Studio, Page Composer, and Application Composer

. Approval Workflows, Alerts, and Notifications

. REST/SOAP APIs (for integrations - a plus)

. Redwood UI/UX familiarity (good to have)

. Oracle Cloud Certification in HCM/Recruiting

. Experience in working on global/multi-country rollouts

. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project methodologies

. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
