The role also involves providing training to team members, analyzing market trends, and contributing to overall business growth through effective marketing campaigns. Qualifications - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and build lasting relationships - Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including creating strategies to meet or exceed sales targets - Experience and capability in Training team members to enhance their sales and customer service performance - Analytical mindset to evaluate market trends and develop effective marketing strategies - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - Proficiency with sales and marketing tools or software is a plus - Self-motivation, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven approach
