Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist/Interns located in Narsinghpur /Jabalpur region. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role includes providing excellent customer service, conducting product demonstrations, and offering sales training to other team members. The Sales Specialist will also handle sales management responsibilities including sales strategy development and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Proven Sales skills and ability to achieve sales targets

Experience in Training and developing sales teams

Sales Management skills including strategy development and performance monitoring

Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
