Job Description Job Title: Assembly Engineer/ Assembly technician Department: Manufacturing / Production Reports To: Production Manager Job Summary: Assemble or improve fixture and semi-auto, in charge of including mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, testing and acceptance of machinery. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and assign tasks to individuals when new equipment is required - Monitor work and expedite equipment assembly progress. - Understand assembly processes such as 5S, safety, fixture assembly and semi auto processes. - Have basic skills in mechanical assembly - Have basic skills in PLC: PLC IO connection, PLC power connection,... - Have basic skills in electricity and electrical instruments: circuit breakers, fuses, DC-AC power sources, relays, sensors,.... - Read and understand 2D and 3D electrical and mechanical drawings. - Train technicians.. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering (or equivalent). - Experience: 15 years of experience in a manufacturing or semi-automated assembly of automated equipment. - Technical Skills: Knowledge of PLC, electrical instruments, basic mechanics, reading electrical drawings, 2D and 3D mechanical drawings - Soft Skills: Strong analytical ability, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Tools: WPLsoft, GX work 2, GX work 3, AutoCAD/SolidWorks . Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Production efficiency and yield rate - Machine downtime and utilization - Quality rejection rate - Adherence to safety standards - On-time delivery Spotlight - Cafeteria, Office cab/shuttle, Free meal
