Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for an Ecommerce Manager, based in Gurugram. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee and drive e-commerce operations, including managing online sales platforms, developing marketing strategies to enhance visibility, and analyzing sales performance. The successful candidate will develop strategies to increase revenue, monitor website performance, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Additionally, the role will involve building strong communication channels with stakeholders and ensuring optimal digital growth of the business. Qualifications - Strong Analytical Skills, including data interpretation and problem-solving - Exceptional Communication Skills for building relationships and working collaboratively - Experience in Sales and the ability to strategize for revenue growth - Proven expertise in E-Commerce operations, platform management, and online sales optimization - Knowledge of Marketing strategies and tools for digital growth - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and analytics tools - Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
