Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for an Ecommerce Manager based in Gurugram. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee the company's online sales strategy and operations, manage ecommerce platforms, and analyze sales and performance data to drive growth. Responsibilities include creating and executing marketing strategies, coordinating with different teams to enhance the online customer experience, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and customer retention. The role is crucial in managing product listings, promotions, and partnerships to optimize online revenue growth. Qualifications - Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data to inform strategies and outcomes - Experience with E-Commerce platforms and understanding of associated tools - Proficient in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on strategies to boost product visibility and engagement - Excellent Communication skills for collaborating across teams and engaging with stakeholders - Ability to develop and execute promotional campaigns - Experience in fashion retail or jewelry sectors is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
