Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Manage user access provisioning and de-provisioning processes in Oracle Fusion, ensuring compliance with company policies and security standards.
- Implement andmaintainIT General Controls (ITGC) related to Oracle Fusion applications to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide the requested data andevidenceandaddress any identified issues that require remediation.
- Assistin the deployment of Oracle Fusion solutions, ensuring that security and compliance measures are integrated into the process
- Support quarterly upgrades by reviewing security configurations,validatingcompliance with ITGC, and conducting user acceptance testing.
- Develop andmaintaindocumentation related to user access, compliance procedures, and security controls.
- Provide regular reports on user access status, compliance metrics, and audit findings to management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and business
- Commitment to staying updated with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices in Oracle applications and compliance

Required Skills

- Bachelor s degree in engineeringor InformationSystems or equivalent
- 3+ years of overall experience within Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS ERPs
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills toidentifysecurity risks and compliance gaps

Preferred Skills

- Oracle Cloud certifications.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge ofadditionalOracle modules.
