Job Description Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant (Permanent)

Role: Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant (Permanent, Full-time)

Work Mode & Location: WFO — Viman Nagar, Pune (no WFH)

Travel: Open to onsite in the Middle East (e.g., KSA/Qatar/UAE); onsite work to be performed at the client location or respective Pansoft office

Start: ASAP (30-day notice preferred)

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own L2/L3 support and enhancements for Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax) with strict SLAs.
  • Lead configurations, issue triage, RCA, and Oracle SR management; drive month-end/period-close support.
  • Deliver change requests (BRD MD50/Setup SIT/UAT PROD move) with complete documentation.
  • Build and maintain reports/integrations: OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI/ADFdi, and OIC (REST/SOAP).
  • Govern security (roles, data access sets), COA/LE/Ledger design, SLA rules, and Tax setups (KSA/GCC).
  • Coordinate data migration, UAT, user training, and hypercare.

Added Advantage (Strong Preference)

  • Hands-on with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2) Finance (GL/AP/AR/FA/CM), including EBS Fusion mapping, data conversion, and cutover experience.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years total, with 2+ end-to-end Fusion implementations and steady L2/L3 support exposure.
  • Deep knowledge of P2P/O2C, multi-currency, intercompany, and reconciliation processes.
  • Proficiency with OTBI/BIP, FBDI/ADFdi, OIC, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and documentation discipline.
  • Oracle Fusion Financials certification is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to ZATCA/KSA tax/e-invoicing contexts.
  • Experience with EBS to Fusion transition programs.
