Job Description Business Manager (Sales)

As a Business Manager Sales at Homcrafts Interiors, you will be responsible for driving the sales funnel, achieving project sales targets, and leading a team of 610 designers to success. You will play a critical role in ensuring sales closures, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

- Own the sales funnel & ensure higher conversion rates.
- Achieve monthly sales targets of 1215 new project bookings.
- Deliver excellent customer experience & manage long-term client relationships.
- Lead, coach, and train designers to enable them to achieve sales goals.
- Ensure effective collaboration between design, execution, and customer teams.

Job Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Architecture, Technology, Commerce, or equivalent. Masters / MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of work experience in Business Development, Sales, or Growth.
- 3+ years of proven experience in B2C Sales, preferably in interiors, real estate, or related sectors.
- Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities.
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
