Ethyx has recently closed a round at INR 12 crore valuation and is building the next generation of trust infrastructure for MSME and SHG finance. We're creating a platform where finance, technology, and sustainability converge: every invoice becomes a proof of trust, every flow of money carries its ESG/SDG story, and every small entrepreneur can be part of a verifiable, dignified growth journey.

Roles & KPIs

Day 30 — "Foundations & Demoables"

Core MSME Risk Rails

· Architecture doc + data contracts (KYC/AML, GST, bank, invoices, escrow events).

· Neo4j graph v0 (Borrower, Promoter, GSTIN, Invoice, Device, BankAcct, Contact, Address; edges: owns, transacts_with, shares_device, address_overlap, guarantor_of, pledge_link, vendor_of).

· Rules engine v0 (co-address/phone/IMEI; circular trades; pledge conflicts).

· Console v0 (read-only), immutable audit logging; SSO/MFA; PII at-rest encryption.

Secondary Platform (read-only aggregator v0)

· Scope doc + schema for unlisted/alt inventory (WWIPL, Indianext, Grip/LeafRound lease, bonds platforms, EU ETS ETFs KRBN/KEUA, voluntary carbon venues notes, etc.).

· Data adapters: start with CSV/API/manual ingest; no trading—discovery/analytics only.

· Price/terms normalization + risk tags (liquidity, custody, jurisdiction/LRS).

AI/ML ESG–SDG Engine (telemetry hooks)

· Minimal ontology: Invoice ProgramID (ZED/SRLM/DISCOM) ESGMetric.

· Draft adapters plan for SatSure/Planet/IMD where relevant; don't integrate yet—mock data to prove reports.

Artifacts

· Security baseline (RBAC, secrets mgmt); DPIA draft.

· Surepass/IDfy/Deepvue, bank-stmt parser, Masters India OCR

Success by Day 30

· Working graph & rules demo on sample cohorts.

· Secondary platform catalogue UI showing normalized instruments.

· ESG report mock for a pilot invoice (PDF or dashboard).

Day 60 — "Pilot-Ready v1"

Core MSME Risk Rails

· Score APIs live (fraud, early-DPD, RAS calculator) with cached features; p50

· Integrations v1: one KYC/AML vendor + bureau + bank statements + GST doc ingest.

· Ops console v1: review queue, override with reason codes; export credit-committee pack.

Secondary Platform

· Ingest v1: nightly pulls (CSV/API/manual) from 3 sources you already track (e.g., WWIPL/unlisted, one lease platform, one bonds platform).

· Compliance guardrails page (ToS respect, no solicitation; disclosures).

· Risk lenses: liquidity score, tenor, underlying, counterparty flag, min ticket.

AI/ML ESG–SDG Engine

· Program tagging live on pilot invoices (ZED/SRLM).

· ESG/KPI calculations v1 (e.g., kWh saved proxy, basic CO₂e factor where applicable, gender/SHG flags from form data).

· Exporter: DFI-ready one-pager per pilot (PDF + CSV).

Artifacts

· Model cards (features, drift checks), playbooks for incident & access review; data retention policy.

Success by Day 60

· 2 external pilots technically supportable;

· Secondary platform catalog live with 100+ normalized line items;

· ESG one-pagers render from live pilot data.

Day 90 — "Production & Reliability"

Core MSME Risk Rails

· Prod SLA: p50

· Monitoring: precision/recall dashboards, false-positive budget, drift alarms.

· Data lifecycle: purge jobs, PII re-key rotation, access recertification.

Secondary Platform

· Coverage: ≥5 sources; search/filters (risk, tenor, IRR, underlying).

· Dossier generator (instrument summaries + risk memo).

· Simple "watchlist" & alert emails for new inventory/moves.

AI/ML ESG–SDG Engine

· ESG schemas hardened (ProgramID dictionary, factor registry).

· Pilot ESG dashboard (per program, per partner), export pack for DFIs (SIDBI/IFAD/CLASP cohorts).

· Plan for geospatial hooks (SatSure/Planet) and evidence attachment workflows (photos, invoices, site visit notes).

Team

· Hire 1 Sr Data Engineer + 1 MLE (from ESOP) and hand them specific modules.

Success by Day 90

· Two pilots running on prod rails;

· Secondary platform used internally for research & partner briefings;

· ESG reports accepted by at least one external reviewer (incubator/DFI/partner)
