Job Description:

Role: As part of the Founders Office at WizCommerce, you will lead strategic initiatives that drive key business outcomes. In this highly visible role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, enhance operational efficiency, and improve overall performance. Working closely with leadership, you will execute high-priority programs that shape the companys direction. You should be eager to dive deep into LLMs and AI agents to streamline processes and build efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

- Work with internal teams in Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Finance to design, implement, and optimize key processes and programs.
- Own and drive process improvements across multiple functions, ensuring that teams are aligned and working seamlessly together.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, create solutions, and ensure smooth execution of programs that directly impact business outcomes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables for each program.
- Monitor and track progress against KPIs and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the status of ongoing projects, ensuring transparency and clear communication to the senior management.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- A graduate from Tier 1 institutions (IITs, BITS, or other top institutes).
- 1-2 years of experience in consulting, Founders Office, or similar roles in high-growth startups, with a strong drive to get things done
- Strong curiosity and practical knowledge of LLMs / AI Agents, with the ability to leverage these technologies to improve processes and efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met.
- A proactive, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
