Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy Tableau dashboards and visualizations that provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize and maintain existing Tableau reports and dashboards for performance and usability.
- Integrate Tableau with various data sources including SQL databases, cloud platforms, and APIs.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and testing.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and best practices.
- Document processes, data models, and dashboard designs.

Preferred Skills:

- Tableau Server/Online administration experience.
- Knowledge of other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView) is a plus.
- Experience with scripting languages like Python or R for data analysis.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
