Customers use our platform to book services such as beauty treatments, haircuts, massage therapy, cleaning, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting etc., all delivered in the comfort of their home and at a time of their choice. Urban Company started out as UrbanClap in Nov 2014, when its founders, Abhiraj, Raghav and Varun realized that the home services industry was predominantly unorganized, fragmented and offline. Customers found it difficult to avail quality services in a convenient manner, and service professionals were struggling to make ends meet, having to rely upon several middlemen, contractors, and local aggregators. Role : Brand & GTM Intern (Paid | Work From Office | 36 Months) Location: Gurgaon, India (Work from Office) Team: Brand & Creative Duration: 36 months (Full-time) What will you do Are you looking to kickstart your career in marketing As a Brand & GTM Intern at Urban Company, you'll support our performance marketing efforts, helping shape how we talk to users and acquire them on the platform. You'll work from our Gurgaon office, closely collaborating with creative and analytics teams to power high-impact acquisition campaigns. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to apply your creative and analytical skills in a real-world, high-growth environment. Your Key Responsibilities: Creative Thinking - Think through different consumer tensions and need-states. What messaging would persuade them to try Urban Company - Which type of influencer best represents our audience What would they say How would they say it Performance Analytics - Map user journeys and identify moments where messaging can shift perception or behaviour. - Read and understand what the data says.
