Role Description The Area Manager Agency Channel role is a full-time, on-site position located in Coimbatore. The Area Manager will oversee channel sales operations, build and manage relationships with channel partners, and ensure targets are achieved. Responsibilities include managing a team of agents, driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and implementing sales management strategies to optimize performance while adhering to company goals and values. Qualifications - Experience in Channel Sales, including driving business growth and achieving targets within the agency channel. - Proven capability in managing and building strong relationships with Channel Partners to ensure sustained collaboration and performance. - Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management with a focus on meeting objectives and team performance management. - Adept in delivering excellent Customer Service to maintain long-term client satisfaction and trust. - Effective communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to manage teams successfully. - Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Previous experience as Team Manager in the Life insurance is Mandatory.
