About The Role We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic MERN Stack Developer (Fresher) to join our growing development team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level developer to gain hands-on experience in building web applications using the MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN) technology stack. You will work alongside experienced developers and contribute to real-world projects in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Assist in the development of responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack. - Build and maintain front-end components using React.js and ensure a smooth user experience. - Develop server-side logic and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js. - Interact with MongoDB to design, query, and manage application databases. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior developers to understand requirements and deliver features. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. - Participate in code reviews and team meetings to improve code quality and learn best practices. - Debug, test, and maintain applications to ensure optimal performance. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in full-stack development. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Basic knowledge or academic experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. - Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON. - Understanding of Git and version control systems. - Good problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
