Role Description This is a full-time opportunity for a Fresher specializing in Software Tech Support with a focus on Finance and accounting. The role involves providing technical support, addressing software-related queries, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and supporting accounting functionalities. He/She will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure software performance, assist with software deployment tasks, and contribute to ongoing development projects. Qualifications Good Knowledge of MongoDB Basics of Accounting Background in Computer Science, with an interest in software and data-driven applications Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Familiarity with data analytics or FMCG domains is a plus Location - Bengaluru Pay - 22k -25k pm
