Category Intern – Women's Luxury

About the Role We are looking for a proactive Category Intern – Women's Luxury & Beauty to support our operations and category expansion at Kicks Machine, India's leading multi-category resale marketplace. You will work closely with the founders and operations team to identify upcoming brands, manage product cataloging, and optimize category performance. Key Responsibility Category Expansion - Research and identify global beauty, luxury handbag, heels/footwear, and other women-focused brands that are yet to launch in India. - Evaluate brand fit for the Kicks Machine ecosystem and create onboarding process. Product Cataloging & Pricing - Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, attributes, imagery). - Benchmark pricing using competitor research and resale market trends. - Maintain high catalog accuracy and ensure the best customer experience. Operations & Vendor Management - Coordinate with vendors for order assignment, stock updates, authentication checks, and SLA tracking. - Manage full order lifecycle from purchase to delivery. - Assist in process optimization to reduce delays and improve operational efficiency. Ideal Candidate - Strong interest in beauty, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle categories. - Analytical mindset with good research skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced start-up environment. - Good communication and coordination skills. Stipend- 6000/- INR Duration - 3 Months Location- Kicks Machine Headquarters Dehradun- Work from office
