Job Title: Order Packer - Online Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Meesho, Blinkit) Location: Kalyan Nagar – Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Department: Fulfillment / Warehouse Reports to: Operations Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and efficient Order Packer to support our e-commerce operations across multiple platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Meesho, and Blinkit. The role involves accurately picking, packing, and dispatching orders to ensure timely delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: ·       Pick products as per customer orders from different marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). ·       Carefully pack items to prevent damage during shipping, using appropriate packaging materials. ·       Print and affix shipping labels, invoices, and barcodes accurately for each platform’s guidelines. ·       Sort and prepare parcels for pickup by courier or delivery partners. ·       Maintain accurate order and inventory records, reporting shortages or damages. ·       Cross-check SKUs and quantities before dispatching to reduce returns and complaints. ·       Use mobile apps or systems provided by each platform for order processing and tracking. ·       Maintain cleanliness and organization of packing stations. ·       Meet daily order packing and shipping targets. ·       Follow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines in the workplace. Requirements: ·       Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass. ·       Previous experience in order packing or warehouse operations preferred. ·       Basic knowledge of handling orders on platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel, etc. is a plus. ·       Ability to work quickly, accurately, and under pressure. ·       Physically fit and able to lift packages up to [5-10] kg. ·       Attention to detail and ability to work independently. ·       Familiarity with mobile apps or handheld scanning devices (preferred but not mandatory).
