Hello connections. We have urgent openings for HCM Functional consultant. Experience: 4+years Work Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad Job Description 1. Master’s Degree (preferably in HR) or relevant work experience after bachelor. 2. Min. 3 years of experience in HR transformation & change management/HCM implementation roles/HR consulting roles. 3. Understanding of Technology systems. HRMS system implementation and understanding would be preferred. 4. Proficient in productivity tools like MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint. 2. Analyze business requirements and design solutions covering various functional scenarios and prepare presentations for client demo. 3.Prepare the blueprint documents, functional specifications in the Business process mapping stage and assist with the complete solution to the client for client-specific use cases. 4.Coordinate with the Development team and superiors to define any change request from the client and solution for the client-specific use case. 5. Plan and lead meetings and working sessions effectively with both client and product development teams. 6. Provide Key User Training and support customer to ensure sign off at each milestone as per project plan. 7. Guide the client through the change management process and managing both internal and external expectations. 8. Provide support to the client throughout the Implementation and Post Go-live support phase (before handing over to Customer Success team). 10.
