Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven US Sales Associate to be part of our expanding sales team. In this role, you will focus on connecting with potential clients in the US market, showcasing our services, and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include generating new leads, managing client inquiries, and converting prospects into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by reaching out to prospective clients in the US market.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Analyze client needs and deliver tailored solutions that align with our service offerings.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and performance metrics.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of job market trends, employer needs, and hiring practices.

Eligibility Criteria:

- 6+ months experience in sales or business development in US recruitment.
- Should be comfortable working in Night Shifts (US timings).
- Fresher's are welcome to apply; prior experience in recruitment or sales is not required.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
- Proactive and a self-starter with a positive attitude.
