Job Description About the Role: We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brands across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about beauty, salon, and lifestyle industries, and have hands-on experience in social media management, advertising, and analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily posting and engagement across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) for both brands. - Create and execute social media strategies and monthly calendars aligned with brand goals. - Plan, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms. - Monitor analytics and prepare regular performance reports with insights and improvement plans. - Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality visuals and copy. - Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities. - Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build a strong online community. Requirements: - 23 years of proven experience managing brand pages and running paid ad campaigns. - Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social media analytics tools. - Basic knowledge of Canva or similar creative tools is a plus. - Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills. - Prior experience in beauty, salon, or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.
