The ideal candidate will be an expert in their domain with an in-depth understanding of the latest patterns and syllabi of exams like SSC, Banking, UP SI, UPP, UPSSSC, UPPSC, Railway, TET, STET, TGT, and PGT. You will be responsible for mentoring students, creating strategic lesson plans, and driving them towards success.Key ResponsibilitiesClassroom Teaching & Delivery:Deliver engaging, lucid, and effective lectures for the assigned subject.Simplify complex concepts to make them easily understandable for students from diverse backgrounds.Focus on conceptual clarity, application-based learning, and exam-oriented teaching.Handle batches for different levels of exams (e.g., Foundation for TET, Advanced for PGT/SSC CGL).Curriculum & Content Development:Develop, update, and refine comprehensive study modules, notes, and handouts specific to the exam syllabus.Create and curate high-quality practice questions, quizzes, and mock tests.Analyze previous years' question papers (PYQs) to identify trends and important topics.Student Mentorship & Support:Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students, addressing their individual doubts and queries.Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.Motivate and inspire students to maintain consistency and a positive attitude.Assessment & Evaluation:Design and evaluate class tests, sectional tests, and full-length mock tests.Analyze test results to identify common weak areas and conduct remedial sessions.Guide students on time management and exam-taking strategies.Academic Collaboration:Collaborate with the management and other faculty members to enhance the overall academic ecosystem.Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions.Required Qualifications & ExperienceEducational Qualification:For TGT-level & TET/STET: Bachelor's Degree in the relevant subject is mandatory.For PGT-level & SSC/Banking/Railway: Master's Degree (M.A./M.Sc./M.Tech, etc.) in the relevant subject from a recognized university.For Computer Faculty: B.Tech/B.E. (Computer Science/IT) or MCA/M.Sc.
