Coordination with Sales/Operations TeamCoordinate with the field sales or backend team for further lead processing and closures.Schedule appointments or demos when required.*. Call Quality & ProfessionalismMaintain call etiquette, politeness, and clarity in communication.Ensure calls are engaging but concise.*. Target-Oriented Approach (Non-Sales KPIs)Work towards achieving daily/weekly calling targets (number of calls, leads generated, etc.)No pressure for closures or monetary sales targets.*.
