We are looking for **Telesales Executive** / Receptionist to Join our Team
Location**:Lajpat Nagar**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Lead Generation and Prospecting**
- Build and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and ensure timely follow-up to convert leads.

**Outbound and Inbound Sales Calls**
- Make outbound calls to potential franchisees, introducing them to the franchise opportunity and gauging their interest.
- Respond to inbound inquiries, addressing potential franchisees’ questions, and providing relevant information on franchise benefits, requirements, and processes.

**Sales Presentations and Information Sharing**
- Provide a detailed overview of the company’s franchise model, benefits, investment requirements, and support provided.
- Use persuasive communication and active listening skills to build rapport and understand the prospect's needs and interests.

**Record-Keeping and Reporting**
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress with prospects using the company’s CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback on sales targets, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness.

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years in telesales, outbound sales, or customer service, preferably within a franchise, real estate, or retail industry.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
