New Horizon Scholars School Thane Address Anand Nagar Ghodbunder Rd Near muchhala college Kavesar Thane West Thane Maharashtra 400615 Job Title School Director Female Candidate Location Thane Kindly share your CV at - hr newhorizonsms com Experience 10 to 15 years Job Summary The School Director is responsible for the overall leadership administration and strategic direction of the school This role ensures the school meets academic excellence operational efficiency and regulatory compliance while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment The School Director works closely with teachers staff parents and external stakeholders to uphold the school s mission vision and values Key Responsibilities Leadership Administration Develop and implement policies procedures and programs to achieve educational excellence Provide strategic direction to ensure continuous growth and development of the school Ensure compliance with local state and national education regulations Supervise and evaluate faculty and administrative staff to maintain high performance standards Create a positive and inclusive school culture that supports student success Academic Curriculum Management Oversee the development and implementation of the school curriculum Ensure the delivery of high-quality education aligned with educational standards Monitor student performance and implement strategies for improvement Support faculty in professional development and instructional excellence Financial Operational Management Prepare and oversee the school s budget and financial planning Ensure efficient management of school resources including facilities and technology Identify opportunities for funding grants and partnerships Community Engagement Public Relations Foster strong relationships with students parents and the community Promote the school s brand and reputation through outreach and marketing initiatives Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding school activities policies and goals Student Welfare Discipline Develop and enforce student conduct policies to ensure a safe learning environment Address student behavioural and academic concerns in collaboration with teachers and parents Promote student well-being through extracurricular activities and support programs Qualifications Skills Bachelors or Master s degree in Education Educational Leadership or a related field Proven experience in educational administration or leadership roles Strong understanding of curriculum development school operations and regulations Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Preferred Qualifications Doctorate in Education Ed D or Ph D is a plus Experience in budget management and financial oversight Familiarity with modern educational technology and learning management systems Education Requirements Minimum of a Bachelor s degree in Education Educational Leadership or a related field Master s degree or higher preferred Relevant certifications in school administration or leadership are an advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 100 000 00 - 105 000 00 per month
