Job Title School Principal - Integrated School CBSE Cambridge Sri Ganganagar Rajasthan Job Summary The Principal is the academic and administrative head of the integrated school responsible for leadership and management of CBSE and or Cambridge curricula day to day operations discipline compliance with Rajasthan state and board norms and strong engagement with parents and the local community The role is full time on site and requires close coordination with the Managing Director Management Key Responsibilities Academic and Curriculum Leadership Lead planning implementation and monitoring of the integrated curriculum CBSE Cambridge other international programmes as applicable Ensure high standards of teaching learning assessments and remedial enrichment programmes across all sections Promote innovative pedagogical practices use of technology and continuous academic improvement Administration and School Operations Oversee full time on site operations timetable duty rosters supervision transport coordination and campus safety Ensure proper maintenance of infrastructure classrooms labs libraries sports facilities and hygiene standards Monitor school records MIS data statutory registers and adherence to institutional policies and SOPs Staff Management and Development Lead mentor and appraise teaching and non teaching staff ensure clarity of roles and professional conduct Participate in recruitment and induction of staff in coordination with management with sensitivity to both CBSE and Cambridge requirements Plan regular in service training Cambridge CBSE specific workshops and capacity building programmes Student Welfare and Discipline Implement and monitor student discipline attendance and code of conduct across all grades Oversee student guidance counselling special needs support and co extra curricular activities Foster a safe inclusive values driven school culture that reflects local ethos and global standards Parent Community and Stakeholder Relations Act as the primary academic and administrative contact for parents and guardians in Sri Ganganagar and surrounding areas Conduct orientations PTMs and regular structured communication to build trust and transparency Represent the school positively with local community leaders education authorities and other partners Compliance Affiliation and Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with CBSE bylaws and or Cambridge other international board regulations as well as applicable Rajasthan education norms for private schools Prepare for inspections audits and accreditation visits maintain complete documentation and data Develop and implement school improvement plans and quality benchmarks in line with management s vision Qualifications and Experience Graduate Postgraduate with B Ed M Ed preferred especially for higher level leadership Minimum 5 years of experience in school administration in a leadership position Principal Vice Principal Headmistress Headmaster Academic Coordinator or equivalent in a reputed K 12 institution Experience with Cambridge curriculum CAIE IGCSE A Levels will be considered a strong plus including familiarity with international teaching standards assessment systems and documentation Experience in managing an integrated national international school environment will be an advantage Skills and Competencies Strong instructional leadership people management and conflict resolution skills Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Hindi Sound understanding of CBSE and Cambridge curricula assessments and contemporary pedagogy High integrity professionalism and a student centric service oriented mindset Ability to work under pressure during admissions examinations inspections and major school events Work Mode and Reporting Work mode Full time on site at the Sri Ganganagar campus Reporting to Academic Director School Management Board of Governors as per institutional structure Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 700 000 00 - 1 400 000 00 per year Benefits Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Sri Ganganagar Rajasthan Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Education administration 5 years Required Location Sri Ganganagar Rajasthan Preferred Work Location In person
