We are hiring Customer Relation Executive for SS Hyundai KAYAMKULAM Number of openings 2 Female Candidates can only apply Experience 0-3 yr Exp Must have basic Excel knowledge Share your Resume or Contact 9539682052 or 9539682345 Key Responsibilities Greet clients visitors and guests warmly Handle inquiries by answering questions and providing necessary information Answer screen and forward phone calls take and relay messages Coordinate and manage appointments meetings and events Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails Maintain and update records files and databases prepare reports Order and monitor office supplies ensure the front office is well-stocked Ensure office equipment is functional arrange for repairs when needed Maintain a clean and organized reception area Communicate with clients vendors and service providers address any issues Handle basic billing tasks and process payments if required Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed Monitor and manage office access to ensure security Assist with internal communications and support various office needs Help new employees with orientation and setup including issuing ID badges Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise in the front office Follow protocols and act as a point of contact in emergency situations Assist with special projects data entry research or coordination of company events Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 16 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
