The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing expert advice on life insurance products, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their life insurance needs.
- Provide expert advice on life insurance products and services to clients.
- Assist clients in the selection of appropriate insurance policies based on their financial goals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the life insurance portfolio.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales or customer relationship management, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
