Job Description

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement QA/QC strategies and initiatives for MEP activities across all real estate projects
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and codes throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead a team of QA/QC professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address quality issues and drive solutions
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and records
- Participate in project meetings, reviews, and discussions to provide quality-related insights and recommendations
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technologies to enhance the QA/QC processes
- Drive a culture of quality, excellence, and continuous improvement within the organization

Qualifications

- Bachelor&aposs degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the real estate industry
- Demonstrated expertise in QA/QC processes, specifically related to MEP activities
- Proven track record of successfully managing QA/QC functions in complex projects
