Role Summary This role is ideal for fresh biotechnology graduates passionate about marketing and technical support As a Marketing Technical Specialist you will bridge the gap between the technical aspects of our products and customer needs supporting our sales and marketing teams in delivering high-quality solutions Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and product knowledge for SUS products filters and tubing to customers and internal teams Assist in creating and delivering technical presentations product demonstrations and customer training sessions Conduct market research to identify customer needs industry trends and competitor activities Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns targeting the biotechnology sector Prepare technical documentation whitepapers case studies and product brochures Support the preparation and execution of exhibitions trade shows and customer seminars Handle customer queries and provide timely technical solutions Stay updated on industry advancements and product innovations Requirements Bachelors degree in Biotechnology Bioprocess Engineering or a related field Strong technical understanding of bioprocessing filtration and single-use technologies Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel as needed Preferred Qualifications Internship or project experience in the biopharmaceutical or bioprocessing industry is a plus Basic knowledge of GMP Good Manufacturing Practices and bioprocess validation
