Role Overview
We are looking for motivated Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves building strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals, creating awareness about genomic testing, and driving adoption of GeneCraft Biotech services.
Key Responsibilities
Visit doctors, clinics, and hospitals to introduce GeneCraft Biotech's services.
Educate healthcare professionals about prenatal and genomic testing solutions.
Generate leads, follow up regularly, and convert them into active clients.
Maintain records of visits, calls, and feedback through CRM/reporting.
Coordinate with the internal team for sample collection, logistics, and test reporting.
Meet monthly sales and outreach targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Background: BBA/MBA (Sales & Marketing), B.Sc./M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Bioinformatics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in approaching doctors and healthcare professionals.
Self-driven, motivated, and willing to learn sales strategies.
Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
