As Analyst within IQVIA our steadfast mission drives the acceleration of patients treatment access through insightful data analysis Our unique role enables precise deliveries for customers Each Analyst contribution propels this mission facilitating patient interactions providing essential internal support and fostering innovation Supported by 60 years of experience spanning 100 countries and empowered by an extensive 60 petabytes of data 1 2B non-identified patient records 150 000 Data Suppliers and 1M Data Feeds we redefine the realm of healthcare advancement Job Overview As an Analyst you will be responsible to handle commercial analytics projects specifically marketing mix forecasting segmentation decision tree customer and brand performance analytics projects with proficiency in Python R and SAS Work across projects such as promotional return ROI analysis Resource and price optimization analysis Physician patient profiling Develop a good understanding of consumer offerings proprietary databases and analytical approaches to effectively guide and support client-facing stakeholders across globe mainly in Europe and US Handle small and large datasets on projects efficiently and figure out the right technology for processing the data e g Excel SAS Python etc Be a champion on analytics technologies within the team Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in business point of view Ability to work in a team and coordinate with team members in performing QC for the delivery of projects with tight turnaround time Ability to perform advance analytics analyses such as Hierarchical model Bayesian Hierarchical model Linear Non-Linear Optimization Techniques RNN CNN etc Qualification Relevant Educational Certification Degree in related field Proficiency in MS office applications such as Excel and Power Point proficiency in SAS R Python are mandatory will be plus if experience id data visualization platforms like Tableau Power BI Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business their interaction and the impact of external internal influences on decision making growth and decline Knowledge of consulting methods tools and techniques related to ones functional area Knowledge of current events and developments within an industry and major competitors Knowledge and understanding of the marketplace Knowledge of professional trade associations key people and companies Effective time management skills IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries We create intelligent connections to accelerate the development and commercialization of innovative medical treatments to help improve patient outcomes and population health worldwide Learn more at
