About the Role: This is a high-ownership,cross-functional role for someone who combines strategic thinking with executional rigour. All the responsibilities we will trust you with: -Drive growth opportunities: identify opportunities, shape partnerships, open doors and scale DYL's reach. -Grow the DYL brand: work on GTM strategy, messaging and execution across channels. -Build our ecosystem: nurture communities, connect with stakeholders and amplify DYL's presence. You will directly work under the mentorship ofMr. Navyug Mohnot (Stanford-certified DYL Coach & Educator; CEO of QAI Global; Founder of QGLUE) We are looking for someone who brings: -3 to 5 years of experience in roles like growth, partnerships, business development or founder's office. -Communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and represent the brand with credibility. -Genuine excitement about building a brand that creates real impact. -Fresh ideas and ability to think beyond conventional paths About the Company: QGLUE, promoted by QAI (a 30-year-old transnational consulting organization), blends design and innovation-led, human-centered approaches to building impactful experiences.
