It’s a mindset for living with intention.Blending design thinking with life strategy, DYL is a global movement helping people build meaningful lives.As we scale in India, we’re looking for a Growth & Impact Associate to join our team.About the Role: This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role for someone who combines strategic thinking with executional rigour.All the responsibilities we will trust you with:-       Drive growth opportunities: identify opportunities, shape partnerships, open doors and scale DYL’s reach.-       Grow the DYL brand: work on GTM strategy, messaging and execution across channels.-       Build our ecosystem: nurture communities, connect with stakeholders and amplify DYL’s presence.You will directly work under the mentorship of Mr. Navyug Mohnot (Stanford-certified DYL Coach & Educator; CEO of QAI Global; Founder of QGLUE)We are looking for someone who brings:-       3 to 5 years of experience in roles like growth, partnerships, business development or founder’s office.-       Communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and represent the brand with credibility.-       Genuine excitement about building a brand that creates real impact.-       Fresh ideas and ability to think beyond conventional pathsAbout the Company:QGLUE, promoted by QAI (a 30-year-old transnational consulting organization), blends design and innovation-led, human-centered approaches to building impactful experiences.
