We deliver certified training courses and workshops to schools, colleges, and universities across India, empowering underserved communities with cutting-edge EdTech solutions to bridge educational gaps and promote equitable access to quality learning.Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and eloquent Social Impact Associate to join our team and champion the transformative potential of EdTech and STEM education. This entry-level role is designed for passionate early-career professionals who excel in public speaking and storytelling, enabling them to amplify our mission through advocacy, content creation, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams to highlight how technology can drive social equity in education.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct research and produce thought leadership content on EdTech innovations, STEM trends, educational policy, and social impact, including blog posts, case studies, and policy briefs. - Represent the Foundation at conferences, webinars, workshops, and panel discussions, delivering compelling presentations on topics such as inclusive STEM adoption, digital equity in education, and scalable interventions for underserved learners. - Engage with educators, policymakers, community leaders, and partners to collect insights and co-develop narratives that advance our advocacy goals. - Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of social impact programs, using data to measure outcomes and refine strategies. - Contribute to multimedia content development —including videos, podcasts, and social media campaigns — to raise awareness of educational challenges and STEM-driven solutions. - Assist in preparing grant proposals, impact reports, and funding applications to sustain and expand our initiatives.Qualifications and Requirements:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Communications, Public Policy, International Development, or a related field. - Fresher or 1-2 years of relevant experience in social impact, education advocacy, nonprofit work, or content creation. - Demonstrated excellence in public speaking and presentation skills, with experience delivering talks or facilitating sessions (e.g., at events, Toastmasters, or university clubs). - Strong passion for EdTech, STEM education, and broader issues of educational equity and access. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging narratives for diverse audiences. - Proficiency in research, data analysis, and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace; familiarity with content management systems is a plus. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-oriented environment.Preferred Skills:- Knowledge of emerging EdTech tools (e.g., AI in education, VR/AR for learning) or STEM curricula. - Experience in grant writing, event coordination, or digital marketing. - Proficiency in Hindi and/or Gujarati is advantageous for local stakeholder engagement.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience. - Opportunities for professional growth, including training in public speaking, EdTech tools, and impact measurement. - A collaborative, inclusive culture focused on meaningful social change. - Flexible work arrangement in Gandhinagar / Ahmedabad (On-Site).Application Instructions:Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume, along with a brief cover letter highlighting their public speaking experience and passion for EdTech, to info@istemcf.org.
