International Sales Executive (B2B Digital Marketing)

Location: Noida Experience: 1-2 years Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹45,000 per month + Incentives

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven International Sales Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and a keen understanding of digital marketing services. This role is crucial for our international growth and requires excellent communication skills and a target-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and research potential international clients and markets to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Utilize digital channels (e.g., LinkedIn, email marketing, and cold calling) to initiate contact and qualify leads.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Client Engagement & Sales:
- Conduct compelling presentations and product demos to prospective international clients, effectively explaining our digital marketing services.
- Understand client needs and objectives to propose tailored solutions that meet their business goals.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with international clients.
- Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Reporting & Strategy:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales data in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on strategies and provide feedback from the market.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in international B2B sales, preferably within the digital marketing or IT services industry.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, or Communications) is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English. Must be able to communicate effectively with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. A target-driven and self-motivated personality is essential.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Comfortable with using productivity tools like MS Office.
