JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:
The Project Engineer has the overall responsibility for the implementation and successful execution of Orders across multinational regions. The successful candidate shall possess a thorough understanding of the project scope and requirements, having ownership for timely delivery, profitability, and margin uplift.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

- Develop the project plan, proactively manage the order, and coordinate with all relevantinternalandexternalpartnersto manage allaspectsoforders to meetcustomers'expectationsand internalimportantmetrics.
- Ensuring customer specifications are met, providing technical and application support forcustomerinquiries.
- Minimizeexposuretopenalties,familiarwithcontracts,law,andregulations.
- Work to ensure costs are managed and, wherever possible, that still allows the project tomeetcustomer requirements. Actionshouldbetakentoavoidcosts.
- Providetimelyupdatesandaccuratestatusreportsthroughouttheentireorderprocesstobothinternal andexternal partners.
- Coordinatewithvendors,factories,the purchasingdepartment,otherfunctionalteams,andreviewBI reportstogetorderstatusandsupport prioritization.
- Managecustomers'changeorders,updateERPsystemsappropriately.
- Ensure customers orders are booked timely and accurately in ERP systems, and coordinate withrelevantpartnerstoreleaseall thenecessary holds.
- Resolveallissuesrelatedtotheorderstimelyandappropriatemanner tomeetcustomers'expectationsand important internalmetrics.
- Beingagatekeeperto ensurecustomers'ordersarealignwith Emersonbooking,TradeCompliance,DueDiligence,andothernecessarypolicies setforth.
- Supportallnecessarymonth-endclosingactivities.
- Coordinatewithinternalpartnersandcustomerstosupporttheresolutionofcustomer,finance,quality,billing,andotherorder-relatedissues.
- Submitcustomers'requireddocumentstimelymanner throughERPsystem.
- Coordinatewithrelevantpartnerstoarrangeandreleasetheshipmenttimely manner,ensurethe invoicecustomeraccordinglyandaccurately.
- Archiveallnecessarydocumentsandsupportforbothinternalandexternalaudits.
- EnsuretimelyandaccurateupdateofdataonvariousEmersonbusinesssoftwareandsystems.
- Workwiththe subjectmatterexperttorespondtocustomer inquiriestimely.
- Anyothernecessaryactivitiesneedtobedonetomeetthebusiness'sneedsandobjectives.

For This Role, You Will Need:

- Bachelor's Engineering degree in Mechanical or Equivalent in Project Management,Business, orrelatedfield.
- Minimum5+years'experienceinaprojectmanagerrolewithintheindustrialspace
- Effectivecommunication,negotiation,andinfluencingskills.
- Self-startingandaction-oriented.
- Abilitytocomprehendtechnicaldetails/technicalliteracy.
- Abilitytomultitaskandmanagecompetingpriorities.
- WorkingHours: 12:00PMto9:00PM, 7:00AM to4:00PMor 10:00AMto 7:00PM
