Job Title: Salesforce Lightning Aura Components Developer Experience: 2+ Years Location: Bengaluru (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent Notice Period: Immediate / 15 Days About the Role We are seeking a Software Development Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Aura Components to design, develop, and maintain high-performance Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with client requirements. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative Salesforce implementations while becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Lightning Aura development. Key Responsibilities - Analyze, design, code, and test application components across multiple client projects. - Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Salesforce applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions. - Actively participate in team discussions, contributing ideas and solutions for ongoing projects. - Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices. - Document technical specifications, design approaches, and application features for future reference. - Provide mentorship and support to junior developers when needed. Required Technical Skills ✅ Must Have Skills - Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Aura Components (LWC). - Strong understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle and best practices. - Expertise in Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration/customization. - Experience in debugging, unit testing, and performance optimization. ⭐ Good to Have Skills - Hands-on experience with Salesforce Development (Apex Triggers, Visualforce, Flows). - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Understanding of Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and integration frameworks. - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
