The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with client requirements. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative Salesforce implementations while becoming aSubject Matter Expert (SME)in Lightning Aura development. Key Responsibilities Analyze, design, code, and test application components across multiple client projects. Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Salesforce applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions. Actively participate in team discussions, contributing ideas and solutions for ongoing projects. Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices. Document technical specifications, design approaches, and application features for future reference. Provide mentorship and support to junior developers when needed. Required Technical Skills ✅Must Have Skills Proficiency inSalesforce Lightning Aura Components (LWC) . Strong understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle and best practices. Expertise inApex ,SOQL , andSalesforce configuration/customization . Experience indebugging ,unit testing , andperformance optimization . ⭐Good to Have Skills Hands-on experience withSalesforce Development (Apex Triggers, Visualforce, Flows) . Familiarity withversion control systemssuch asGit . Understanding ofSalesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)and integration frameworks. Knowledge ofAgile/Scrumdevelopment methodologies. Professional Attributes Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
