Position Flutter Developer Android iOS Location On-site Surat Branch Working Days Monday to Friday 5 Days Working Timings 10 00 AM - 7 30 PM Employment Type Full-Time 1 Year 3 Months Legal Agreement Vacancy 1 Position Preferred Candidate Local candidates from the Surat area Salary Range 25 000 - 40 000 per month Based on skills and experience Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Flutter Developer with strong expertise in native Android Kotlin Java and iOS Swift development The ideal candidate will take full ownership of assigned projects from planning to final delivery ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes without excuses Key Responsibilities Design build and maintain high-performance scalable mobile applications using Flutter Kotlin Java and Swift Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and deliver robust efficient solutions Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements provide updates and manage expectations Take full ownership of project tasks from development to deployment with accountability Perform bug fixes performance improvements and version updates Stay up to date with new mobile technologies and apply best practices to improve development efficiency Required Experience Skills Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development Proven expertise in Flutter with published apps or demonstrable project experience Strong knowledge of native Android Kotlin Java and iOS Swift Experience with RESTful APIs JSON and third-party integrations Solid understanding of mobile app architecture state management and design patterns e g Provider Bloc MVVM Experience with SQLite local databases offline storage and data synchronization Proficiency with Firebase services Push Notifications Analytics Authentication Crashlytics Strong sense of UI UX design and adaptive layout implementation Experience using Git or other version control systems Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to deliver under tight deadlines Proactive and dependable takes full responsibility for assigned tasks Strong communication skills for client interactions and independent project handling Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies Preferred Skills Good to Have Experience integrating native SDKs payment gateways and app performance optimization Familiarity with sensors gyroscope accelerometer and hardware integrations Understanding of App Store and Play Store deployment processes Desired Personality Traits No-excuses attitude delivers what is promised on time Responsible proactive and committed to quality Strong communicator and effective team player Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning Recruitment Process 1 Technical Interview by Project Manager 2 Technical Test 4 hours to 1 day depending on experience 3 Final HR Management Round
