Flutter Developer (Android/iOS)

Location: Surat

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)

Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time (1 Year + 3 Months Legal Agreement)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Flutter Developer with strong expertise in native Android and iOS development. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of projects — from planning to final delivery — ensuring timely and high-quality results. This role requires accountability, technical excellence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications using Flutter, Kotlin/Java, and Swift.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement robust mobile solutions.
  • Communicate directly with clients for requirements, updates, and feedback.
  • Manage and prioritize development tasks efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, optimize app performance, and manage version updates.
  • Stay current with new mobile technologies and apply best practices to enhance productivity.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development.
  • Proven expertise in Flutter, with live apps or project portfolio.
  • Strong knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift) development.
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party SDKs.
  • Deep understanding of mobile app architecture, state management, and design patterns (Provider, Bloc, MVVM, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Firebase services (Notifications, Analytics, Authentication, Crashlytics).
  • Solid experience with SQLite/local databases and offline data handling.
  • Strong UI/UX understanding with experience in responsive layouts.
  • Experience with Git or other version control systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project ownership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle client communications effectively.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies and frameworks.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience with native SDK integrations, payment gateways, and app performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with hardware integrations (e.g., sensors, accelerometers, gyroscopes).
  • Understanding of App Store and Play Store deployment processes.

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
