Role Description This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a Human Resources Executive in Tamil Nadu, India. The role involves overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and handling overall HR-related functions. The Human Resources Executive will ensure a seamless and productive workplace environment aligned with organizational objectives. Qualifications - Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations - Experience in steel fabrication or construction environments - Strong expertise in Employee Relations and understanding of HR Policies - Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and strategies - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Ability to manage and resolve workplace conflict effectively - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Previous experience in human resources or a related role is an advantage
