We work with schools and parents to help children build thinking skills, creativity, and problem-solving ability through age-appropriate STEM learning. Role Description We are looking for a full-time, on-site STEM / Robotics / Coding Instructor in Chennai. We are building a modern learning academy focused on robotics, engineering, and coding for children (Grades 18). This role is for someone who enjoys teaching, building, and learning and wants to grow with a startup. You will: - Design structured curriculum and lesson plans - Teach STEM, robotics, and coding classes - Create hands-on activities and projects - Help manage day-to-day classroom activities - Motivate and guide students in their learning - Represent the academy confidently in classes, workshops, and videos This is a founding educator role, ideal for someone who wants to grow long-term in an education startup. Skills & Qualifications - Ability to create age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans - Good understanding of basic STEM concepts - Ability to teach and engage children effectively - Good communication skills (spoken and written) - Proficiency in English - Hands-on experience with robotics kits, basic electronics, or block-based coding - Comfortable in front of the camera for videos or workshops - Previous teaching or workshop experience is a plus - Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related field Preferred Skills - Female candidates preferred - Experience with Scratch, micro:bit, Arduino, or PictoBlox - Interest in EdTech and future-focused learning Growth Opportunity As the academy grows, this role can develop into: - Lead Educator - Academic Head - Curriculum Director
