Description

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automated testing and a passion for ensuring high-quality software delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement automated testing solutions that enhance our development processes.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop automated test scripts using appropriate automation tools and frameworks.
- Execute automated test scripts and analyze test results to identify defects or issues.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand requirements and design test cases accordingly.
- Maintain and update existing automation test scripts to ensure ongoing effectiveness and efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of testing processes.
- Prepare test reports and documentation for stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, or TestNG.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# for scripting.
- Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or ALM.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Bamboo.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
