Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - Contract Management
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Contract Manager with deep experience in managing contracts and vendor relationships with leading financial data service providers such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, PitchBook, FactSet, and others. This role will be instrumental in optimizing contract terms, ensuring compliance, and driving cost efficiencies while maintaining strong vendor partnerships.

Roles and Responsibilities
. Oversee end-to-end contract processes including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and renewing contracts with data vendors.
. Keep internal contract management tools updated and drive improvements to gain efficiencies
. Lead commercial and legal negotiations with data providers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service levels.
. Partner with client&rsquos internal teams (Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Business Units) to align contract terms with business needs and compliance requirements.
. Ensure contracts adhere to internal policies, regulatory standards, and data usage guidelines.
. Track vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs manage escalations and dispute resolution when necessary.
. Analyze usage patterns and contract structures to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
. Stay informed on industry trends, pricing benchmarks, and emerging data providers to support strategic sourcing decisions.

Qualifications we seek in you
. Bachelor&rsquos degree in any field Master&rsquos degree preferred.
. Relevant experience in contract management and vendor negotiations, preferably in financial services or data procurement.

Essential skills:
. Proven track record managing contracts with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, PitchBook, FactSet, or similar providers.
. Strong understanding of licensing models, data entitlements, and compliance frameworks.
. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
. Proficiency in contract management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
. Legal acumen in contract law and intellectual property rights.
. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret usage data and financial impact.
