No Fluff seeks a Brand Manager to lead strategic brand transformation for our most demanding clients. You'll architect psychology-driven brand strategies, oversee multi-million dollar portfolios, and use deep consumer insights to drive measurable business growth. From market positioning to performance optimisation, you'll blend advanced strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver industry-leading results.

What you will be doing:

The Day-to-Day Magic:

- Lead brand portfolios – Own strategic direction for major client brands and drive their business growth
- Strategy architecture – Develop comprehensive brand positioning frameworks that drive category leadership
- Campaign orchestration – Lead complex, multi-channel campaigns with cross-functional teams over extended timelines
- Executive partnership – Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite clients, shaping business strategy through a brand lens
- Performance optimisation – Drive double-digit growth through data-driven brand strategy refinement
- Team leadership – Mentor junior brand managers and guide account teams toward strategic excellence
- Market intelligence – Conduct advanced competitive analysis and identify white space opportunities
- Brand transformation – Lead rebranding initiatives and major strategic pivots for established brands
- Growth acceleration – Identify and execute high-impact initiatives that scale brand reach and profitability

- Stakeholder influence – Present strategic recommendations to boards and senior leadership teams
- Brand innovation – Pioneer new positioning strategies and go-to-market approaches for category disruption
- Agency development – Contribute to No Fluff's methodology development and train team members on advanced brand strategy
- Business impact – Drive measurable outcomes, including market share growth, pricing power, and customer lifetime value

Requirements:

- Proven expertise – 2 - 3 years of experience in brand management, with demonstrated team leadership and major account success
- Portfolio excellence – Demonstrated success growing multiple premium brands simultaneously with substantial budgets
- Strategic mastery – Deep understanding of brand equity, positioning frameworks, and how brand strategy drives business results
- Psychology proficiency – Advanced knowledge of consumer psychology, behavioural economics, and persuasion science
- Leadership presence – Confidently present to C-suite executives and influence senior stakeholder decisions
- Analytical sophistication – Expert-level data analysis skills with the ability to derive strategic insights from complex datasets
- Project orchestration – Successfully manage multiple high-stakes, long-term projects with cross-functional teams
- Industry recognition – Track record of award-winning campaigns or measurable market impact
- Mentorship capability – Experience developing junior talent and contributing to agency knowledge development
