Position Overview:

We are seeking an urgent requirement of proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. This role demands strong organizational skills, a background in fashion and retail, and the ability to efficiently manage projects while maintaining clear communication with international buyers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Project Management Support: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

· Industry Knowledge Application: Apply knowledge of retail and high-fashion industries, keeping up with market trends and international buyer preferences.

· International Buyer Coordination: Maintain effective communication with international buyers, understanding their requirements, and ensuring timely fulfilment.

· Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to understand market demands and align production schedules accordingly.

· Data & Documentation Management: Manage and update tracking sheets, reports, and client records with accuracy.

· Team Collaboration: Facilitate smooth coordination among internal departments to address project needs and resolve bottlenecks promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Graduate from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) or equivalent fashion education background from fashion management.

· Strong knowledge of retail and high fashion, with experience catering to international buyers. Experience 3+ in fashion house / Retail / Boutique

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Highly organized with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

· Must be available for full-time, on-site work at our Lower Parel office.
