Key Responsibilities: - Achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts. - Ensure timely collections and manage credit control with distributors/retailers. - Identify and onboard new retail outlets and expand market penetration. - Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends. - Plan and execute local promotions, activations, and visibility initiatives. - Regularly visit markets to ensure product availability, visibility, and market share. - Address distributor/retailer concerns promptly and professionally. - Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and market feedback to the head office. - Collaborate with internal teams for smoother supply chain and promotional execution. Key Skills and Competencies: - Strong sales and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach - Good market knowledge and competitor awareness - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic reporting tools
