Hiring for Tableau Developer- PUNE INDORE MUMBAI Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to design develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for business decision-making The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data visualization principles data modeling and ETL processes Key Responsibilities Design develop and deploy interactive and visually appealing Tableau dashboards and reports Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into data visualization solutions Connect to various data sources SQL Excel APIs cloud platforms and ensure data integrity Optimize dashboards for performance and scalability Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to understand data structures and pipelines Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tableau dashboards and reports Create documentation for dashboard designs data models and user guides Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau usage and best practices Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems Data Analytics or a related field 2 years of hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server Online Proficient in SQL for data querying and transformation Strong understanding of data visualization principles and dashboard UX UI Experience with data blending calculated fields LOD expressions and parameters in Tableau Familiarity with ETL tools e g Alteryx Talend Informatica is a plus Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms AWS Azure Google Cloud Knowledge of other BI tools Power BI QlikView is a plus Tableau certification e g Tableau Desktop Specialist Certified Associate is preferred Experience working in Agile Scrum environments
